Kirovà is a skincare brand operating from Lahore, Pakistan.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.
- If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
- We may change prices at any time, but changes don’t affect orders already confirmed
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you before processing
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment methods. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due to the courier on delivery.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.
