Delivery time
- Order processing: within 24 hours (working days)
- Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Remote areas: may take 1–2 days longer
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners. This covers all major cities and most smaller towns. If our courier doesn’t service your area, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
Payment options
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Available nationwide.
- Online payment — available at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by SMS. You can also message us on WhatsApp anytime for an update.
Failed deliveries
Our courier attempts delivery up to two times. Please make sure:
- Your phone number is correct and reachable
- Someone is available at the address
- You have the payment ready if paying Cash on Delivery
If delivery fails after two attempts, the parcel returns to us and the order is cancelled.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening and message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We’ll replace it.
